Based on the analysis and assessment of the main segments it assists Gocil has developed its own intelligence to build specific OPERATING MODELS for each one of these segments.
The base of any consistent security plan is the integration between the mall administration and the private security company. Gocil's operating model presupposes this integration, plus the definition of specific procedures, in line with the mall’s monitoring centers. The perfect size of the security team is provided for in the model, so as to be adaptable to the risks and size of each enterprise.
